STU ROCHE
FOUNDER AND CREATIVE LEAD
Graduating from Loughborough University (UK), Stu packed his bags and travelled 4000 miles to the US to begin his coaching career. With stops along the way at the University of Michigan and Eastern Michigan University, Stu currently serves as the Assistant Director for Sports Performance at Marquette University.
Outside of his role working with athletes, Stu is passionate about developing the next generation of performance coaches. Recognizing the shortfalls of the industry in preparing young coaches to enter the field, Stu began working on the idea of My Momentum back in 2018.
Stu is responsible for all facets of My Momentum, leveraging his experience and connections in the field to seek out sponsors and speakers who are equally passionate about aiding the next generation of coaches in their early career.
